We know shipping frozen products can be tricky, so we’re committed to making every part of the process count. From the moment our bone broth leaves us to when it arrives at your door, we work carefully to ensure it stays frozen and reaches you in the freshest, highest-quality condition.
To ensure your bone broth arrives in perfect condition, we carefully bubble wrap each pouch before shipping. This extra layer of protection minimizes the risk of damage, leaks, and punctures.
Our commitment to quality goes beyond just our ingredients. That’s why each shipment is packed with an insulating, compostable liner that keeps your broth frozen while minimizing waste. We also do not use styrofoam chips!
In the warmer months, we use ice packs (not dry ice) to keep the bone broth frozen.
We ship orders every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Once shipped, orders will reach your door in 1-2 days.
We unfortunately can't accept returns because our bone broth is perishable.
